Embroidered Art

I paint and embroider because the slowness is the point. Working with a needle and thread forces me to slow down, one stitch at a time, in a way that feels meditative and grounding. Painting gives me color and movement, but embroidery makes it tactile and real, and beads add another layer, catching the light and giving each piece a texture you can't get from paint alone. Every piece carries that time inside it: hundreds of small, deliberate decisions made slowly, by hand.
