Embroidery Art

Expanding beyond canvas, I'm currently creating a series of 6 original embroidery artworks that translate my abstract botanical vision into thread and fabric. I've always loved embroidery, and these hand-stitched pieces explore the same vibrant colors, simplified shapes, and natural forms found in my paintings—but with the added dimension of texture and the intimate quality of hand-worked textile art.

Each embroidery piece is inspired by the colors and patterns of the landscape around me, from coastal flora to country gardens. The slow, contemplative practice of embroidery offers a new way to capture the atmospheric quality of being immersed in nature.

Two paintings will measure 30 x 30 cm and the rest will be small works measuring 18 x 15 cm. Launching soon in 2026 and only available on this website.
